Maximos Nikitas

Maximos Nikitas is from Boston, Massachusetts. Max graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to enrolling at NDLS, he served as a legal researcher in the Office of Civil Rights at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Max was then appointed by the President to serve as the sole writer and speechwriter for United States Secretary of the Interior David L. Bernhardt. During his 1L summer, he was a legal intern for the United States Commission on Civil Rights. During his 2L summer, he served as a summer associate on the corporate and appellate litigation team at Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough in Columbia, SC. At NDLS, Max is an active member of the Federalist Society. During his free time, he likes to sail, sing, and read about politics and history.
